**Role**

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead and working as part of the APAC Graduate Recruitment team, the key

responsibilities of this role are graduate recruitment, facilitating internal assessment days, building and maintaining relationships with allocated universities, attending career fairs and running internal events. This role operates in a high pressure, high volume, target based environment, therefore the ideal role incumbent needs to be extremely organised, task orientated, self motivated, resilient, focused, able to work independently and as part of the team and, of critical importance, effectively communicate with all levels of seniority both within and outside of the business.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Respond to incoming applicant enquiries
- Client-focused and target driven
- Attend university events within Hong Kong
- Coordinate internal ‘open evenings’
- Conduct telephone interviews

**Essential Criteria**
- Client-focused and target driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to speak fluent English and Cantonese
- Experience of working in a target based environment
- Demonstrable experience working as part of a team
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working with university careers services

**Desirable Criteria (not essential)**

- Previous experience of working within a recruitment environment
