**Key Responsibilities:
**Recruiting Oversight by Pipeline**
- Setting and updating pipeline-specific strategies
- Monitoring and forecasting recruiting outcomes; adjusting strategy and processes as needed
- Convening pipeline-aligned team and/or key partners to adjust priorities and work allocation
- Final accountability on offer process integrity, hiring bar, delivery against workforce plan, compensation and intern program outcomes for coverage area
**Partnership/Teamwork**
- Management of Pipeline Managers: coaching, career development, learning, setting direction, recruiting
- Partner with Head of Early Careers, Head of Learning / Program, Head of People or STS, and relevant lateral recruiting per business / pipeline to understand key talent priorities (e.g. teams growing / shrinking, talent development) and socialize key decisions
- Partner with key central HR function leaders: Recruiting Operations, Campus Channels, and People Analytics
- Partner with relevant Communications / Brand lead
**Firmwide Projects**
- Setting timeline and direction on projects under key firmwide domains (e.g. compensation, process efficiency, HR technology, reporting, onboarding & immigration, etc.)
- Assisting with proposal development and advocating for necessary resources and support
- Coaching on technical areas, project management, presentation, vendor relations, reporting, etc.
**Intern Program Delivery**
- Ensuring that pipeline-specific and business-specific needs are met by firmwide workstreams: pre-arrival & on-boarding, offsite, & NHO, event programming, and evaluation
- Co-designing and implementing programming to meet any pipeline / business-specific needs not addressed by firmwide work
- Partner with key business leaders and partners to ensure highest degree of confidence in intern conversion offer decisions
- Key POC for relevant business leaders during program
**Business Leader Engagement**
- Regular engagement of senior business leaders on key topics, generally monthly / bi-monthly (or as needed for hiring decisions)
- Represent campus recruiting outcomes at business level across all pipelines (Citadel or Citadel Securities)
- Direct senior business leader toward right member of campus recruiting or partner teams for relevant requests (e.g. pipeline manager for niche roles, domain owner on compensation, Communications / Brand team for website or collateral)
- Present campus recruiting priorities and outcomes to larger audiences in particular business
- As needed, participating in pipeline-specific meeting with function heads and key hiring managers on intern program and recruiting delivery, generally weekly or bi-weekly
**Skillset Requirements**:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Prior campus recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to develop clearly defined plans of action including deliverables, milestones and a formal tracking process
- Ability to negotiate effectively and use data to influence hiring managers
**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree from a top University
