**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- AEI 3.0 Community Engagement
- To work closely with Head, Institute to develop the objectives, structure, programme on subsequent outreach and engagement activities, in support for AEI's (Asian Enterprise Institute) Growth in Asia Strategy Partners.
- Includes project manage incoming and outgoing study trips, donor-related programmes
- Plan and getting the necessary partners on board and handle all the arrangements on purchases, liaising, classroom and activities arrangement, etc.
- Occasional overseas travel is required.
- SME Consulting Programme.
- Primary role in project management for projects assigned to this job.
- Facilitates pre-launch discussion between project advisor and team.
- Conducts briefing to student team prior to project launch.
- Tracks progress of project, ensures active engagement between project team and SME and between students and project advisor, manages issues arising.
- Arranges for project closure, ensures final report has been properly done up and date of closure meeting has been set.
- Sits in for business development meetings as assigned and assists in pre-meeting and follow-up correspondences where necessary.
- Digital Content Management (LinkedIN)
- Work closely with the Head on executing related initiatives to drive traffic and promote usage.
- Provide timely updates, manage content and ensure efficient management.
- Business Development (rotation)
- secondary role in assisting the Head in identifying new projects attending meetings with prospective SMEs, follow-up to project approval, where necessary.
- Student Selection (rotation)
- Responsible for assembling project teams for consulting projects prepare information to be sent out to the student community, interview students and select based on competency and match.
- Matters that relate to UOB-SMU AEI, which from time to time may arise, e.g. liaising with UOB and other external parties on events, etc. Describe the Qualifications.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Basic degree (specialization in business management preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in stakeholders management and external facing functions.
- At least 6 years of working experience.
- Outgoing personality and enjoys engagement with people of all levels.
- Excellent communication skill (verbal and written) is a must.
- Able to coach, supervise, guide and nurture students in project work.
- Maturity and personality to engage industry professionals, SMEs/entrepreneurs/business leaders and board members.
- Great stakeholders management skills, able to mediate issues between SMEs, project advisors and student consultants.
- Some experience in website content management or other online platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong administrative skill is highly essential; independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
