**Overview**

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including cloud providers, partners, clients, and engineers, to drive the adoption of best practices in cloud environments and achieve client’s organisational goals.

**Responsibilities**
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with cloud providers, partners, clients, and engineers to alignproject objectives and strategies.
- Foster strong relationships to facilitate effective communication andproblem-solving.
- **Sprint Management**: Lead sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily syncs, and kickoffs, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
- **Team Leadership**: Empower and motivate the internal engineering team to deliver high-qualityresults.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and continuousimprovement.
- **Client Engagement**: Actively listen to client concerns and challenges to understand their needs and expectations.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
- **External Collaboration**: Coordinate with external parties, such as vendors or consultants, to address client concerns and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to enhance project outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment with key stakeholders **Desired Skills**:

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Experience with AWS technologies and services
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Technical proficiency in relevant programming languages or tools
