**Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the leading a team of Assistant engineers, Senior Technicians and Technicians to ensure smooth operation of the facilities on day to day operations and including event days in National Stadium. You will be activating involves in Lifecycle projects, A&A works and other projects assigned. You will closely work with Sports Hub consortium partners, project consultants and building authorities.

Duties and responsibilities includes;
- Oversee National Stadium operation team which includes its managing the MEP system and building works
- Ensuring the venue are fully operation at all times
- Support Venue management in Hard FM services related matters
- Ensuring periodical maintenance are carried out as per plan
- Overseeing reactive maintenance(RM) cases and drive towards RM reduction through preventive/predictive maintenance regime
- Preparing presentation to management to seek approval for projects
- Carrying out 5S facilities inspection regularly
- Ensuring procedures fully comply with the statutory regulations
- Contract management
- Risk management
- Financial management
- Lifecycle management
- Weekly reporting to management
- Ensuring contractual KPI are met at all times
- Participate and drive energy saving initiative sitewide

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management
- Technical competent in MEP system, Fire System, IBMS, all facility related equipment/ control system.
- Knowledgeable in process control, SOP, ISO, Equipment FMEA, Risk assessment, Asset management life cycle.
- Possess very good problem-solving skills.
- Good leader, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under mínimal supervision, perform under pressure, proactive, and hospitality.
- Knowledge in project management and planning
