**Requirement**
- ITE/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills on troubleshooting with client server, and simple software analysis work
**Responsibilities**
- To provide project admin support to project team
- Response/provide advice to users for incident/SR/CR raised
- Ensure all incident/SR/CR are tracked and closed within SLA
- Liaise with subcontractor (via JIRA) to ensure issue is resolved
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly statistics for reporting
