**Job Overview**:
Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries As they continue to grow, they are seeking a **HR Executive **to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities:
**Culture Building**:
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
- Foster a sense of community through team-building activities, workshops, and community service projects.
**Event Planning and Coordination**:
- Organize and execute engaging events, parties, and celebrations that bring employees together and enhance camaraderie.
- Plan and coordinate workshops, talks, and exercise sessions that promote well-being and personal development.
**Employee Engagement**:
- Gather feedback from employees to understand their needs and preferences, using insights to improve engagement initiatives.
- Lead efforts to create an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and connected.
**Community Involvement**:
- Develop and promote community service programs that encourage employee participation and strengthen connections outside the workplace.
- Partner with local organizations to create volunteer opportunities and initiatives that benefit the community.
**Communication and Promotion**:
- Utilize various communication channels to promote events and initiatives, ensuring high levels of participation.
- Share success stories and highlight employee contributions to build excitement around culture and engagement efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience **in HR, employee engagement, or event planning, with a focus on culture and community building.
- An extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
- A creative mindset and a passion for fostering a fun and inclusive workplace.
