**Job Description: Sales Network Development Officer**

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Network Development officer, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our sales network, establishing and nurturing relationships with business owners. Your primary goal will be to increase product visibility, drive sales growth, and ensure optimal inventory management within our network.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Network Expansion**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand our sales network.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase product availability.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners to ensure their success.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels across the sales network and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand.
- Work closely with production and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs and manage replenishment schedules.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

**Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Track and evaluate the performance of sales network partners against set targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and market dynamics.

**Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales network partners to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to help them achieve their sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales network development, preferably in the Direct Selling.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels, with a track record of expanding sales networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
