We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Transformation Management Office (TMO) as a **Transformation Specialist in Singapore.**

In this role, you will focus on the regional implementation journey of QR Cargo’s Vision 2027 being the bridge between the Region and the Head Office in Doha. Your role will contribute to take our relationship with stakeholders to the next level by adopting innovative methods & approaches.

As part of your role, your Key Responsibilities will include:

- Support in the transformation process of QR Cargo VISION 2027
- Engage with regional and international teams to draft functional process maps
- Effective stakeholder management on a highly multi-cultural environment
- Identify gaps in existing process capabilities and propose areas for improvement and develop road map/ business plan for future business improvement
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for process mapping, baselines, challenging targets, digitisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the execution of systematic approach, proactive problem solving and preventive actions by training, developing, coaching and mentoring any key stakeholder in Cargo
- Identify existing or potential project risks and road blocks, and implement required mitigation plans
- Direct interaction with Cargo Leadership to present analytical findings and proposed recommendation
- Multi-source data collection and analysis
- Create and maintain multi-purpose project management dashboards
- Provide global project status’ updates using different tools and platforms
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Become a regional Change Management champion by collecting inputs from multiple stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Relevant experience in process improvement of a multinational company
- Prior experience in the air freight industry is essential
- Be part of cross-functional projects. This would include projects related to business strategy, products, productivity and efficiency
- Command of English language
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Strict project management discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with leadership qualities
- Should be excellent using MS Office (Excel, word and power point), and should be able to use tools like Power BI
