Overview
Global Programs Specialist, Corporate Transformation Office at LIXIL. As a Project Manager, you are a key member of the Corporate Transformation Office (CTO), responsible for managing and implementing strategic initiatives and driving enterprise-wide transformation. The CTO is the global headquarter function reporting to the CEO, requiring close collaboration with the Board of Executives and senior management across all functions and regions. You will shape the company\'s long-term strategic direction and growth, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable outcomes through a series of short- and mid-term projects. You will drive strategic initiatives, productivity improvements and digital transformations at enterprise level (primarily within LIXIL International). You will deliver faster and better outputs and drive change and transformation within LIXIL.
Location information: Asia, Singapore; LIXIL International Pte Ltd; Employee Assignment; Hybrid; Full Time. Anticipated start date: 1 December 2025.
Responsibilities
General: Drive results by collaborating with Global Program Leaders and the Chief Transformation Officer to define strategic priorities, translate insights into actionable measures, and execute high-impact transformation programs that generate tangible, sustainable improvements.
Leverage digital: Lead the strategic application of advanced digital technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation) to unlock new business value and operational efficiencies across LIXIL. Identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization, knowledge management, and data analysis.
Manage projects & programs: Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of transformation programs, from ideation to execution. Develop and manage program plans, resource allocation, budgets, and external partnerships. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to ensure outcomes and ROI.
Guide stakeholders: Partner with senior stakeholders, provide guidance on transformation initiatives, champion change management for adoption of new processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency. Communicate program outcomes and impact on profitability to senior leadership and the Board of Executives.
Coach CTO teams: Foster an environment of problem-solving, analytics, clear communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration within the CTO function (GMDG, GPG, CIG).
Qualifications
Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience: 3+ years in project and program management within a global corporate environment or top-tier consulting. Proven track record in enterprise-level transformation projects. Experience managing diverse cross-cultural teams. Industry experience in Consumer, Construction, or Digital is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage cross-functional workstreams in complex transformation projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical teams to the C-suite. Ownership mindset and judgment on what is right. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) and relevant tools; certifications are a plus. High motivation and adaptability to learn and apply new knowledge.
Language: English required (written and spoken). Business-level proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
