Global Programs Specialist, Corporate Transformation Office
Purpose: You are a key member of LIXIL's Corporate Transformation Office (CTO), responsible for managing and implementing strategic initiatives and driving enterprise-wide transformation. The CTO is the global headquarter function reporting to the CEO. The Project Manager role requires close collaboration with the Board of Executives and senior management across functions and regions to execute aligned strategic priorities. You will shape the company's long-term strategic direction, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable outcomes through short- and mid-term projects. You will drive strategic initiatives, productivity improvements, and digital transformations at enterprise level of LIXIL International (ex-Japan) and deliver faster and better outputs while driving change.
Responsibilities
Drive results: define strategic priorities with Global Program Leaders and the Chief Transformation Officer; translate insights into actionable measures and execute high-impact transformation programs; generate tangible results that sustainably improve LIXIL.
Leverage digital: lead the strategic application of digital technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation) to unlock business value and operational efficiencies; identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization, knowledge management, and data analysis.
Manage projects & programs: oversee end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to execution; develop program plans, resource allocation, budgets, and external partnerships; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to ensure ROI.
Guide stakeholders: act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders; champion change management; communicate program outcomes and their impact to senior leadership and the Board of Executives.
Coach CTO teams: model problem-solving, analytics, clear communications, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration within the CTO function and its departments: Global Master Data Governance (GMDG), Global Process Governance (GPG), and Corporate Initiative Group (CIG).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: University degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
Experience: 3+ years in project and program management within a global corporate environment or top-tier consulting; significant track record in enterprise-level transformation; experience leading diverse cross-cultural teams; experience in Consumer, Construction, or Digital is a plus.
Skills: exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making; ability to manage cross-functional workstreams in complex transformation projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ownership mindset; proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) with certifications a plus; high motivation and flexibility.
Language: English is mandatory (business level, both written and spoken); knowledge of another language (e.g., German, Chinese, or Japanese) is a plus.
