Finance Transformation Program Director – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Are you an experienced EPM leader who thrives at the intersection of delivery excellence, finance transformation, and client engagement?

We’re looking for a Program Director to join a global enterprise SaaS provider delivering cutting-edge solutions to the Office of the CFO.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership role driving large-scale EPM implementations across Southeast Asia while shaping pre-sales strategy and mentoring solution delivery teams.

Overview

What You’ll Do :

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex EPM programs – from scope definition to steady-state adoption. Oversee project governance, commercials, and client satisfaction. Guide Solution Architects and Consultants across multiple workstreams. Drive delivery standards, agile practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and internal-external stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery & Program Leadership (~50%)
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex EPM programs – from scope definition to steady-state adoption
    • Oversee project governance, commercials, and client satisfaction
    • Guide Solution Architects and Consultants across multiple workstreams
    • Drive delivery standards, agile practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and internal-external stakeholder alignment
  • Sales & Business Development (~50%)
    • Shape Statements of Work and delivery strategy alongside sales teams
    • Present proposals to C-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
    • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to pipeline forecasting
    • Cultivate relationships with partners to scale delivery capacity and revenue mix
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in Finance Transformation / EPM program delivery; 5+ in a senior client-facing director/engagement lead role
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, Accounting, and Finance operations
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Anaplan, SAP BPC, CCH Tagetik, OneStream or similar
  • Proven track record negotiating multi-million-dollar SOWs and managing profitability, bookings, utilization, and margin
  • Confident communicator with commercial acumen and executive presence
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
