We are looking for talents who are passionate to be a part of a fast-growing and exciting 9-year-old consulting and digital marketing agency. He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founder and the team to expand the practice and help businesses navigate through the complexities and uncertainties of the business environment. He or she will be developing effective digital marketing or omnichannel strategies to assist clients in achieving their business goals.
As a VK Transformation Performance Marketing Specialist, you should be a data-driven marketeer, digital savvy, results-oriented and possess a growth hacking mindset. Keen interest in understanding users' digital journey and analysing data to draw business insights from complex data, designing digital marketing strategy and executing digital marketing campaigns. There will be opportunities for him or her to work on different projects and enjoy the excitement of analytical problem-solving, critical thinking & innovation across the Asia Pacific region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive client success by applying effective sales techniques (consultative questioning, objection handling, and competitive positioning) to assess and achieve client goals.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to deliver actionable insights on market conditions, consumer behaviour, customer segmentation, pricing, and competitive landscapes — uncovering new growth opportunities for clients across industries.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, online marketplaces, and other platforms to drive measurable conversions for both VK Transformation and our clients.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution— from defining audience targeting and structuring ad sets, to developing ad copy briefs, reviewing creatives, and optimising bids for maximum performance.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to maximise ROI and overall effectiveness.
- Design, launch, and track A/B testing initiatives to refine messaging, targeting, and creative strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, identifying emerging technologies, platforms, and opportunities to innovate campaigns.
- Define and track key performance metrics, interpreting analytics and making strategic recommendations to improve client growth, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify KPIs, brainstorm new strategies, and translate insights into impactful campaigns.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Conversion Tracking (preferred).
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- A passion for consulting and/or digital marketing.
- A creative, strategic thinker with strong initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- High commitment with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong accountability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine drive to make an impact.
