We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced performance marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale advertising campaigns on major media platforms, particularly Google, TikTok, and Meta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. They will also be responsible for managing the performance marketing budget effectively, continuously optimizing bids, targeting, and creatives through data analysis and A/B testing to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to achieve user growth and ROI targets.
  • Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively.
  • Optimize bids, targeting, and creatives through data analysis and A/B testing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a demonstrated history of managing large-scale budgets successfully. They will also have mastery of Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager, as well as strong knowledge of Apple Search Ads and X Ads. Excellent data-driven and analytical skills are essential, along with experience with tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
