The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. The People Specialist, part of Meta's Global People Operations team, will work to deliver consistently accurate data and standard processes across the entire employee lifecycle. This role will primarily be responsible for discovery and scoping works, managing and executing critical key People transactions in Core HR & Compliance. This role will work closely with internal and external partners to make sure the processes are aligned with the strategy around the employee experience. The ideal person exhibits patience, attention to detail, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around processes, policy, and issues related to core HR services, Employee Data Management, Compliance Operations.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders to support various programs, processes or initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metric scores and implement changes to continually increase performance against service level agreements (SLAs), quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound employee inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions in Workday, Salesforce and other systems and escalate issues or re-assign inquiry, as required.
- Execute with accuracy and high standards, the delivery of transactions and processes.
- Maintain a commitment to our key performance indicators (KPIs) around accuracy, responsiveness and completeness.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the Knowledge Base tool.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and adhere to all government policies and standards.
- Create and maintain documentation around key work functions, providing training and mentoring support on areas where you are designated as Subject Matter Expert.
- Review and audit data and case interaction quality and proactively implement measures to minimize escalations.
- Help drive process improvement projects including identifying gaps and drive initiatives to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient.
- Use data to drive decision making and measure effectiveness of Core HR & Compliance processes.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of HR Operations experience, including managing processes and programs to support the employee experience
- Experience with Excel including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem solving experience
- Exceptional customer service and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
- Demonstrated excellence in strategic thought leadership, stakeholder management, and collaborated effectively across the organization and influenced partners at all levels to achieve results
- Self-starter and fast learner with mínimal direction
Attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative, and excels in a team environment
- Capable of dealing with ambiguity at all times needs to understand and react quickly to changing priorities even when not all the information is available
- Work independently and requires little instruction on the day-to-day work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and work on multiple work streams at one time
- Strong consultative, process and project management experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of HR Operations experience, including managing processes and programs to support the employee experience
