As Specialist Global People Services, you are enabling people service delivery to managers and employees across different Business Units globally.

From within the People Strategy and Services expert center, you will work on people data, reporting, HR system, and process improvement to enable and continuously improve Global people service delivery.

You will work closely with Regional People Service team, People Partners, and People COE Experts.

The role requires tactical thinking as well as hands-on execution in a dynamic and demanding business environment.

**Key areas to focus**

**HR Process and System**
- First level support on HR core systems within HR
- Supporting HR system administration and maintenance requests
- Continuous drive for automation
- User enablement, documentation, work instructions, training, HR workspaces, et cetera
- Perform testing on system changes

**HR Portal and Information**
- Promote HR Portal to be the one-stop solution for employees and managers

**HR Data Steward**
- Perform mass-uploads
- Produce reports/educate users to pull reports as per required (via source system, i.e. SF)
- Support data for HR dashboards

**HR Project Support**
- Support HR projects from People Services perspective

**Education/ working experience**
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business or related studies
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR / HRIS / HR Service Delivery Model in a global / multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) system e
- Demonstrate strong best practice knowledge of HR administration
- Advanced skills in reporting and Excel
