As the IT Director of Strategy and Operations at Technology Services - APAC, you will play a critical role in leading the strategic planning and operational execution of our IT initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of technology trends, business strategy, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to drive IT digital transformation and deliver exceptional results.

**Responsibilities includes**:
**Strategy Development and Execution**
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the sector’s business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Identify emerging technology trends, assess their potential impact, and make recommendations.
- Create and maintain the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.

**IT Project Management and PMO**
- Oversee the Project Management Office and ensure effective project execution.
- Define project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Implement project governance processes to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO by implementing lessons learned and knowledge sharing initiatives.

**Operational Excellence**
- Drive operational excellence across IT processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment.
- Continuously assess and enhance IT service delivery capabilities, ensuring service levels meet or exceed business requirements.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and objective key results (OKRs), key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

**Business Partner Engagement**
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and expectations, and align TS strategies and initiatives accordingly.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business units, providing guidance on leveraging technology for process improvements and competitive advantage.
- Influence and negotiate on TS-related matters, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into actionable IT plans and solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners through regular communication and proactive engagement.

**Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**
- Implement a robust communication strategy to ensure effective information flow within TS and with stakeholders.
- Communicate IT strategy, initiatives, and progress to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with business units, vendors, and partners to understand their needs and effectively address their concerns.
- Act as a spokesperson for IT, representing the department in internal and external forums as necessary.

**Network Solutions Team Management**
- Lead and manage a team of network professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions.
- Hands both Business and TS initiated demand. Partner closely with Engineering and Operations Team, deploy and integrate network solution with the overall TS infrastructure.
- Ensure the team adheres to service level agreements, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Develop and monitor team goals and metrics, providing coaching and mentoring to promote professional growth and development.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Required Qualifications**

**Required Minimum Education**: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.

**Required Years of Related Experience**:
**Business Experience**: Minimum of 15 years of Business Functional Experience.

**Technical Experience**: 12-15 years of relevant Information Technology leadership experience

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to partner and engage with a cross-section of people at multiple levels of the organization.
- Outstanding relationship and communication skills, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Understanding of and experience with developing digital products to market in a highly regulated environment.
- Building a strong network of senior leaders and collaboration across the enterprise will be important to the success in this role.
