**Key responsibilities include**:
- Handle customer enquiries, membership sign-ups, and programme registrations
- Manage payment processing, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of classes, events, and facility bookings
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support marketing and communications efforts (e.g., newsletters, social media updates)Work closely with coaches, instructors, and management to enhance customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Knowledge in Airtable is a plus)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adaptPassion for sports, fitness, and working with families is a plus
