**Then come and join our global team as Customer Service (CS) Department Administrator to manage the CS Department administration day to day operations and render the secretarial support to the Head of Department.**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will provide secretarial support and ad-hoc assignment to Head of Department
- You will be supporting and any ad-hoc requests from Customer Service Team
- You will verify monthly Engineer’s overtime submission before cutting off deadline
- You will verify expense claims in Concur for CS Organization
- You will book and maintain training competency matrix and upload training certificate in SharePoint
- You will manage yearly training budget report for CS Organization and ensure timely submission of training report to Finance team
- You will support CS Head of Department to coordinate CS management monthly team meetings
- You will manage office supplies together with other admins for Singapore office
- You will plan and support events within CS and Singapore office
- You will support staff onboarding/offboarding
- You will coordinate office layout & the tidiness of CS Workshop
- You will control and manage assets of CS organization
- You will provide administration support for EHS related topic, such as PPE purchase/ NEA License (L5/L6/TLD)
- You will guide and assist team members with travelling arrangements when required
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- You have minimum 3 years’ experience in providing administrative support to a big team and Head of department
- Prior experience in events coordination is an added advantage
- You have knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
**Your attributes and skills**:
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- You are self-driven with strong multi-tasking skill
- You are able to work under fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines
- You are a team player with strong collaboration skills
- You demonstrate initiative, with good follow-up skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills
