Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform Invoicing and Payments:

- Download billing reports from the systems for all the programmes
- Verify screening records and invoice requests forms within downloaded billing reports to ensure no discrepancies
- Send billing reports to stakeholders and liaise with them to update billing reports where there are reconciliation issues
- Track all invoices and payment details

2. Track Follow-up Action Across Programme
- Support programme by populating the tracking sheet to consolidate follow-up data

3. Handle Customer Satisfaction Reporting
- Update the standardized template for reporting by consolidating data across all systems reports and dashboards

4. Support Audit Administration
- Support programme audits by consolidating submitted documentation before the audit

5. Support Division related Administrative Activities
- Provide administrative support for trainings and meetings conducted by the divisions, including taking attendance and facilitating catering etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
- Meticulous and comfortable with numbers presented on Excel
- Comfortable consolidating numbers or documents across various sources

**Working Time**

Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 17 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 169037
