**Responsibilities**:
Prepare documents for authority submissions, quotations, project costing etc.
Process payments, invoicing, employee reimbursements.
Follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices from accounts receivable
Provide admin clerical support to Managing Director and perform other related duties assigned

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma/Degree
Preferably at least 1-2 years work experience.
Competent fast learner who can work independently under pressure and possess good communication/interpersonal skills

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
