**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Support (Admin) to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting ad-hoc projects in the various business functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to management and business teams
- Assist in presentations to prospective clients
- Handle enquiries and follow up accordingly
- Prepare business data reports
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related fields preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or business support experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a team player
