**Job Description**:
**This position is based in Singapore.**

We are looking for a **Sales Manager **to be based in our Singapore office to manage our **Talent Solutions (including Learning Solutions) Indonesia business **, one of our fastest growing markets in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Directors and Account Executives who partner with existing customers to deliver success using our Talent and Learning solutions, and hunt for new business opportunities across the Indonesia market. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across market. You will also focus on retaining and growing LinkedIn’s valuable corporate relationships.

Overall, you will index on talent to be innovative, passionate and constantly work towards building a high-performance culture among the team. You will:

- Actively learn LinkedIn Management practices and model LinkedIn’s culture and values
- Deepen understanding of LinkedIn's roadmap and build knowledge on LinkedIn products and processes
- Proactively invest in self-learning, seek out feedback and be agile to manage change
- Be a forward thinker and have strategic vision to grow business at scale
- Demonstrate ability to use data and evidence to make timely business decisions, and effectively prioritize activities to grow business at scale
- Proactively flex management style to meet employee needs and to motivate and inspire excellence from the team

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Lead a world-class, high performing team of Account Executives & Account Directors, nurture them in their development and transformation
- Define compelling vision to clarify future direction of the team
- Translate segments and regional plans to team strategies and leads key initiatives to scale business across teams and segments
- Consistently meet quarterly revenue goals and objective key results
- Demand excellence through demonstrating best sales practices, coaching (through effective 1:1s), performance reviews, developing and inspiring team members
- Coach your team on innovative sales practices to solve customer problems and create deal strategies, especially at CxO level relationships
- Delegate assignments and decisions to empower your team
- Foster a positive and values-driven team culture that will motivate others
- Manage headcount, forecast, lead meetings, align team to organizational vision and values
- Be able to demonstrate collaboration across sales specialists, product & marketing teams and provide internal partners intelligence (competitive, industry, market) to form product and business strategies
- Identify team challenges and lead training and education to improve rep effectiveness
- Proactively measures business and team goals and communicates effectively with clarity and conviction
- Establish and manage key industry & business partner relationships via various programs with an eye on commercial growth
- Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and do everything you can to help the company achieve our larger objectives
- Work effectively in a virtual office setup, where clients are based in a different market/territory from where you are stationed

**Basic Requirements**:

- 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of experience selling to or working with Indonesia enterprises
- 3+ years of people leadership experience OR experience mentoring/coaching individual contributors.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia due to needs of market

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Sales and Sales Management experience preferably in Technology, SaaS and/or Human Capital / Consulting space
- Ability and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members with the aim of improving the sales skills of the team
- Proven track record in both hunting and farming sales
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities, make sound decisions and exceed revenue goals
- Expertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth market
- Strong understanding and interest in economic drivers and polic
