As a member of our Talent Solutions Sales Team, you will be a part of an experienced group of sales professionals who are bringing LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions products (Talent, Learning, Glint) to market. In this **hybrid sales** role, you will have full-cycle responsibility for **both driving new business and maintaining an existing book of client relationships.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish executive-level relationships
- Manage existing and new customer relationships for revenue and relationship growth both over the phone and in-person meetings
- Maintain prospecting activity to build a healthy pipeline and increase revenue/market share
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and provide reliable forecasts
- Act as a brand evangelist to improve awareness & understanding of LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional sales partners

**This is a 12m maternity cover position.**

**Qualifications**:

- ** Basic Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of applicable sales experience
- Business fluency both in English and Vietnamese for written and verbal communication to communicate with our different stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software
- Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
