
Sales Manager Singapore

FXR Business Services, a fast growing Fintech in Singapore, is looking to expand our sales team responsible for new customer acquisition and portfolio revenue growth for Flex Corporate Cards, targeted at SMEs in Singapore. We are looking for a competitive and result-driven Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
You will be responsible for all sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with prospecting and eventually onboarding new clients, we’d love to meet you.
Your goal is to help us surpass business expectations and contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and offer solutions and support
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Drive the firm’s new business sales effort in Singapore from all sources
- Act as the client advocate and point-of-contact for clients.
- Manage, build and establish relationships with relevant parties appropriately
- Foster strong relationships with key decision makers at target accounts
- Meet all quotas / KPI for sales
- Liaise closely with the cross-functional team for issues related to client account setup and on-going support
**Requirements**:
- Strong proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure
- Fast learner and possess passion for sales
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- You should be keen on working within a start-up style environment, understanding the unique responsibility, creativity and flexibility that is required and the immense rewards that come with it
