MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
- Lead Organization Effectiveness & Analytics for Global Procurement
- Own and develop robust Learning Agenda for Global Procurement
- Support Global HRBP team key global Procurement HR initiatives in certain pillars such as Wellbeing, Reward and talent development etc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Assistant HRBP and Learning Manager ensures the execution of HR activities being aligned with Global direction and leverages HR colleagues from respective majors to deliver HR interventions within the business.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs, recommending, and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness, build strong learning culture within Global Procurement.
- Conduct assessments, workshops, scrum teams to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and Procurement wide capability and performance improvement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs
- Partner with the Global HR Business Partners to recommend and develop employee engagement programs, wellbeing and activities that enhance employment experience.
- Develop and maintain appropriate assessment tools that evaluate behavioral and business impact of learning investments
Organization Effectiveness & Analytics:
- Work in close partnership with local, regional, and global finance teams on FTE/overheads, data governance & workforce planning.
- Responsible for leading the OE&A pillar (FTE & people cost reporting, analytics, diversity metrics, etc) by leveraging on digital tools such as Visier
- Implements and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organisational effectiveness within the business
- Tracks delivery against the case for change using analytical and data-driven approaches to business and organisational issue analysis
- Collects Human Resources/ Organisation Effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across entire HR lifecycle
- Responsible for diving into ongoing transformation projects (future fit procurement), collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure smooth transition.
Culture Development & Employee Engagement:
- Encourages groups and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the team.
- Responsible for cultural interventions to enable teams to work effectively and efficiently in diverse and inclusive environments
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- University Graduate
- Min 4 years’ experience in HR
- Passion for business with strong customer focus
- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities
- Comfortable with HR system (Workday, Visier, PowerBI) and managing HR data
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond to multiple changes and working to influence change remotely
- Preferably experience in an international working environment
- Experience of working in within a matrix environment - both F2F and virtually.
- Ability and drive to work independently
