We’re looking to add a **Program Manager (R&D)**in **Singapore**. The position is based in our **HQ**at **Ang Mo Kio**.

**As a Program Manager (R&D), you will**:
Serves as an important role in leading a cross functional development team in working with customer on the product requirement, establish & track program matrices, and deliver the final solutions to customer. You will manage the new product development process/cycle, program financial health and total customer relationship management.

**The key responsibilities are as below**:

- Work in an R&D environment to lead the design and development of new products, collaborating with customers to meet agreed project milestones.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams within Venture to ensure effective program execution.
- Interface with customers on RFQs, define scope of work with key stakeholders, and lead the quotation process through to management approval.
- Provide innovative solutions that meet customer requirements for cost, schedule, and quality.
- Plan and manage overall program scope, including budget, resources, and schedule.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners from project definition to successful mass production.
- Drive program execution according to plan, ensuring clear organization, control, and implementation.
- Monitor program progress, identify key risks, and develop mitigation or contingency plans as needed.
- Report program status to both internal management and customers regularly.
- Work with NPI teams to ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
- Champion best practices in Product Development Life Cycle Management and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Participate in technology brainstorming forums and contribute to product roadmap planning.

**What skills and experiences are we looking for?**
- Masters/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and/or equivalent working experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a program management capacity, in either hardware or firmware/software development.
- Experience in complex mechanism instrumentation/product development is desired.
- People management experience is preferred but not a requirement.
- Working experience in a multinational and/or manufacturing environment would be preferred.
- Good leadership qualities and initiative.
- Mature with a global outlook in product development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player and ability to rally the team to achieve the goals.
- Overseas travel may be required.
