**Your new company**

You will be working with one of the largest insurance companies in Singapore.

**Your new role**

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the policy function of the company as a recognised thought leader in the industry and delivering a positive impact on the company.
- By collaborating closely with relevant teams and stakeholders, you will be the key person to develop research reports, policy papers and coordinate briefs for senior management ahead of key industry meetings.
- You will be representing the company to present research finding and reports at public forums, industry panels and government discussions.
- Communicate and advocate for the rapidly evolving global policy and digital trends that impact the company’s strategic objectives. Drive implementation of policy changes with relevant support functions and product teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 10 years in regional level Public Policy roles in a multinational company or a high-profile organisation.
- Strong experience in research, data collection and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of various topics ie health, digital, ESG or any other policy and regulation related topics, best practices at both regional and global level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to balance between project requirements and people management to achieve project targets within deadlines and budget
- Passionate about public policy, current events and geo-political environment and impact. Open to travel for business as required.
