**Direct Search Global is working with a marine & offshore service supplier to fill a role of Import Shipping Executive in their Singapore office.**
- Ensure all import documentation and procedures to be comply with the working guidelines and principles.
- Handle clients’ enquiry related to importing.
- Issue quotation for sales enquiry on freight cost and lead time.
- Prepare all import documents and send arrival notices to clients prior to vessel’s arrival.
- Perform clearance for import documentation and declare all import containers to Port Authority and Singapore Customs before stipulated deadline.
- Ensure on-line submission of the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) to Singapore Customs before deadline.
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in logistics / supply chain management or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in handling shipping import documents.
- Experience with shipping, manufacturing and distribution companies is a plus.
- Experience with SAP program is a plus
- Meticulous and able to work in a team and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 5-day work week with transport provided at designated MRT station.
