**Job Descriptions for the Position of **Shipping Coordinator (IMPORT)**
- Attend to customers’ inquiries, concerns and issues on freight services.
- Process orders from customers and prepare shipping documents.
- Prepare proper documentation (Invoice, DO, debit note & etc) for internal usage, Client & the Carrier.
- Arrange custom clearance and declare permits.
- Arrange the trucking and collection of cargo and delivery if required.
- Ensure all cargoes are sent in good condition and any damages shall be reverted to customers immediately.
- All other necessary IMPORT preparation for shipping & etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field.**:

- **Prior experience with shipping management would be an advantage.**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships (Internal and external)
- Good problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure.
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work independently or in a team-based environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Work Location & Benefits**:

- Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday / 9am to 6pm.
