Job Descriptions
- Handle all Import and Export Documentation and Shipping Procedures
- Responsible for Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders Issuance
- Handle all shipping documents, custom declaration and permits for Import and Exportincluding of data compilation for invoices
- Ensure relevant supporting certificates are ready by the registration department prior to

shipment
- Coordination with shipping companies/freight forwarders to schedule transport and shipping

documentation arrangements
- Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and deliver to respective parties such as banks

and shipping/forwarder companies in a timely manner
- Correspondence with Suppliers and Customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment

delivery
- Provide full support and coordination with Accounts Department for all Finance related
- Responsible for all other Admin and Ad Hoc Duties when required.

Job Requirements
- At Least 1-2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of written and spoken English. (Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Good Knowledge of Advanced MICROSOFT EXCEL Skills

preferred.
- Possesses positive working attitude and able to multi-task, self-driven and willing to learn.
- Independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
