Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedules
- Prepare monthly rolling forecast and monitor cash flow
- Prepare annual budget templates
- Prepare GST returns and assist with withholding tax
- Responsible for maintaining all GL entries, and supporting both SFRS and consolidation adjustments entries when required by the team
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s intercompany transactions
- Responsible for handling the company’s intercompany reconciliations
- Responsible for the preparation of the company’s accounting/tax schedules for month end closing
- In charge of supporting the company’s monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting when necessary
- In charge of supporting the company’s various audits, and tax compliance preparation
- In charge of handling the company’s preliminary TB analysis, and supporting the GST filing
- Assist in year-end audit preparation
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by Chief Financial Officer

**Pre-requisites**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance related disciplines
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in accounting software
- Excellent Excel skills
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Meticulous and responsible

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
