THE ROLE
**Division**: APAC Logistics
**Job Title**: Finance Analyst Intern, APAC Logistics
Brief overview of Internship
**Purpose**:
To support the Logistics Finance Team to manage the logistics finance within APAC region.
This job provides learning opportunities to develop and automate financial reports and compare with budget and prior year.
He/ she is required to support the financial planning process through month end close and forecast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Analysis - The intern will be assigned based on project basis to study in depth into business performance thus identify category opportunity/ risk; eventually provide suitable recommendations for the business
Standard Report & Presentation - to prepare standard report/ dashboard to enable business performance to be reviewed on timely manners.
Operation and execution support
Preparation of journal entries for month-end closing
to provide support to the manager on day-to-day operation and event management

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan 25 to Jun 25) for a full-time internship.
Undergraduates preferably in Finance/Accounting/Logistics
Well-versed with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel (V-lookup, Sum-ifs, Index-match, If-error, count-ifs, IF, count, average etc )
Collaborative, proactive, creative & independent.
Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication & presentation skills
