Description of Division - Family Support Division (FSP):
We focus on providing a continuum of support for mainstream and early-risk families in the areas of marriage, divorce and family counselling support.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be joining a team within the Family Support Division (“FSP”), of the Family Life Group, to oversee systems development projects that support the implementation of our programmes. The Division provides a range of marriage and divorce support programmes and services. These programmes and services are delivered through partnerships with social service agencies and stakeholders to build strong marriages and families in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with partners, internal departments, other government agencies and vendors to write, review and track progress for content such as articles, videos and infographics, etc. for a family support portal.
- Assist in stakeholder/citizen engagements. This includes note-taking, tracking and forwarding citizens’ feedback to the relevant teams and incorporate feedback into the content.
- Review and translate business requirements into systems development requirements.
- Assist in User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the portal and keep track of issues surfaced during the UAT.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, administrative support for procurements and tracking of budget utilisation.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, collaborative and able to multi-task
- A team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management and working with Infocomm Technology vendors will be an added advantage
