  • The FSP Manager Global Clinical Monitoring (GCM) role offers a unique opportunity for clinical research professionals to advance their careers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing and developing the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) team within the organization, as well as overseeing and coordinating project activities for CRAs engaged in FSP partnership projects. Your role demands independent leadership, management, and motivation of the CRA team to uphold Precision for Medicine's values and emphasis on quality. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing career development opportunities for CRAs to foster employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rates.Your key duties will include:- Creating action plans and offering strategic guidance to enhance CRA services, ensuring the achievement of individual, team, and departmental goals with a focus on quality delivery.- Collaborating with the FSP Oversight Director and Clinical Operations Management Team to meet resource needs and site requirements effectively.- Mentoring, managing, and coaching CRA staff to enhance their skills in alignment with Precision for Medicine's quality standards.- Conducting site visits to evaluate CRA skills, identify developmental needs, and assist in addressing project-specific issues.- Identifying quality risks and recommending corrective action plans to address performance deficiencies.- Ensuring that staff have the necessary resources, training, and access to systems to meet job expectations.- Overseeing CRA project performance metrics and contributing to their evaluation with the Clinical Operations Management Team.- Participating in the interview process for new CRAs and conducting on-boarding training in collaboration with relevant functional areas.- Representing Precision for Medicine professionally in various settings and managing CRA staff in accordance with organizational values and policies.- Reviewing and approving visit reports, timecards, and expense reports for assigned CRAs, ensuring adherence to monitoring plans and study timelines.As a qualified candidate, you should possess:- A graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.- At least 7 years of experience in clinical operations, data management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of on-site monitoring experience.- Availability for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays, with an estimated travel frequency of approximately 25%.- Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and technical CRA skills across all study phases.- Strong emotional intelligence and a passion for people management and development.- Proven ability to develop training plans and ensure personnel achieve training goals.- Proficiency in clinical research operations, EMRs, EDCs, and problem-solving at the site level.- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.- Effective communication skills and the ability to conduct formal presentations to various audiences.- Familiarity with IT tools and systems used in project teams, along with a commitment to Precision for Medicine's values and principles.Precision for Medicine is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, which falls between $121,000 to $163,800 USD. Additionally, the role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
