**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
We are looking for reliable and service-minded individuals to join our Guest Service Team where we strive to provide high-quality service to our hotel guests. You will handle queries and complaints for guests on a timely manner and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied where possible.
As a Guest Service Officer, you are responsible for:
- Meet and Greet guests upon arrival
- To handle all check-ins and check-outs
- To handle any incoming calls and answer guest enquiries
- In
- charge of call routing to specific people
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality services throughout their stay
- Accurately update/enter reservations
- Be familiar with the property safety, first aid and fire safety procedures
- Manage guest complaints in professional manner and raise it to relevant departments if necessary
- Monitor and manage room status and movements using our internal management system
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure positive guest experience
- Run Night Audit Reports
- Manage petty cash for front office
- Work closely with managers to make improvements in the front office
- Assist in data entry, basic accounting and billing of guests' charges
- Organising and filing of documents
- Daily cashier closure
- Maintain excellent service in according to RedDoorz's standards
- Ensure proper follow up and handover to GSO on next shift
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS**
- Min. Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent
- Able to work shift including overnight, and on weekends and commit to rotating shifts
- Strong communication skill
- Customer-oriented and highly motivated to provide excellent service
- Good people skills, love interacting with people from all walks of life
- Good administration skill tasks
- Ability to multitask and able to handle stress positively
