**Are you a good match?**

You have a rich experience in data analysis, retail performance or client development in the retail industry.

You are a self-driven, organized and collaborative individual.

You have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You have a good experience in SAP BI and Salesforce.

You are fluent in English.

**What are we expecting from you?**

Reporting to the Client Development Manager, you will support the Maison within the South-East Asian network (currently Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam) with critical usage of big data analysis and insights to develop strategic client initiatives both in and out of boutique, animating the retail team and creating competitive advantages within the industry.

You will undertake key responsibility of providing 360 client insight and client journey analysis to support CRM strategy and business development in the region.

You will translate client KPI into actions in collaboration with management and boutique teams and share clear and insightful reports for post-event and post-CRM campaigns.

You will support the team in developing gifting strategies and execute rollout at key celebratory moments.
