**Description and Requirements**:

- Leading the development and delivery or annual/Qtr regional digital marketing plans, strategy and Go To Market programs for the region.
- Lead UI/UX development and leverage new technologies to optimize user experience and conversions;
- Able to identify new digital trend and new innovations to drive efficiency and optimize the performance
- Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across different SEO / paid media efforts
- Generating strategic insights from data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive incremental revenue. Well versed in Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platform.
- Optimise various paid and unpaid marketing channels to maximise ROI managing external media/digital agencies;
- Use customer data analytics to identify opportunities to drive customer engagement, profitability and growth;
- Manage execution of content, site, traffic and marketing campaign analysis;
Position Requirements:

- 10+ years of Marketing/Demand Generation/Business Management experience / Merchandising with a minimum of 5 years of recent ecommerce /interactive experience.
- Ability to identify and implement quickly online trends in demand generation, drive best practice sharing and continuous learning across the organization.
Strong leadership and communication skills dealing with numerous internal departments on senior and tactical levels, managing significant number of outside Agencies (Media, Creative, Non-traditional, RFPs etc).
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic. environment manage multiple projects at same level of detail, ability to multi-task.
