**About Yojee**
Yojee Limited (ASX:YOJ) is a leading developer and provider of software solutions to the Asian Pacific contracted road transportation industry. Our customers include leading third-party logistics providers and early-regional transport management technology adopters.
We aim to enable Asian Pacific contract road transportation networks to be the world's most reliable, efficient and sustainable. The Yojee Transport Management System (TMS) enables third-party logistics providers to assign loads, manage shipments, and track contracted road carriers' vehicles and drivers in real-time as they deliver their customer's freight.
**About the role**
This is a newly created role where you will work closely with the strategic sales and company leadership team to create cohesive demand-generation efforts to drive revenue growth.
This role is either hybrid in Singapore or remote elsewhere in Southeast Asia.
**In this role, you’ll**
- Partner closely with the leadership in Sales and Product to deliver sales pipeline and revenue
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, plan and execute demand-generation efforts, including named account marketing & ABM, content creation, paid channels and GTM campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on the success of demand-generation activities and using data and analytics to measure and improve the performance
- Creating and managing demand generation budgets and forecasts
- Track and monitor how leads move into and through the sales lifecycle
- Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
- Conducting market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
- Own and manage company participation at industry events.
- Create narrative and sales collateral to support sales and account-based activities.
**We’re looking for experience including**
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a foundation of modern demand generation skills
- Demonstrated success in building and managing targeted demand-generation programs
- Strong copywriting skills and content creation experience
- Ability to simplify product messaging and the value they create
- Ability to build an end-to-end strategy and execution plan
- Ability to work closely with the company leadership team
- Excellent organisation, including using CRM and marketing automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, results-driven personality with the initiative to take on projects independently.
