As the key driver for Market and Business intelligence function for Festo SEA and Pacific your key responsibilities will be:

- Identifying the market leading indicators for effective steering at country and segment level
- Custodian of maintaining market share reports / updates and providing inputs during the year for effective steering for cluster and country managers
- Support regional strategy drivers with right information and updates on the activities
- Will be the main driver of business process across the business

You will also be responsible for:
**Market Intelligence**
- Analysing customer data to identify growth opportunities from existing data.
- Analysing external data to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Documentation of analysis (source, method, calculation & results)
- Interpretation of results to determine meaning and impact for our business
- Presenting and communicating the results und its meaning for Festo
- Monitoring of competitor activities and conduct periodic survey for competition deep dives
- Support the Product Marketing team with product level pricing information for new product launch
- Conduct Market deep dive exercise with prioritised segments
- Drive market transparency models

**Business Intelligence**
- Preparation and review of sales activity and result reports.
- Identification of deviation from target, its cause and impact. Proposals for corrective action.
- Provide on-going training and support as required, including best practice sharing
- Participate in the international group of Sales Analyst
- Development of reporting

**Business Intelligence**

**Business Processes**
- Measures process compliance, to identify improvement opportunities and to initiate and manage change-projects.
- Systematic management of local process improvement projects
- Ensures project and process sustainability, by driving the project funnel including sign off with local management
- Performs an AS-IS analyses and prepares gap analysis to global best practice
- Collects and consolidates requirements for new processes and process improvement potential
- With the support of the process owner to train employees in using the best practice processes correctly
- Coaches and trains a clear understanding of the applicability and benefits arising from the global Best-Practice processes

**Strategy Execution**
- Support cluster and country strategy drives with the relevant tools like dashboards and tracking tools
- Custodian of strategy documents and steering
