Right now we are looking for a Regional Value Realisation Manager to join our team. Senior Management and Strategy Consultants with experience in CHRO and CFO transformation, who like working and interacting with customers, this one's for you.
About the Role
The Role of a Regional Value Realisation Manager:
So what do we look for in professionals who’d like to join our Value Management Team? Value Realisation Strategic Consultants are part of an elite business consulting team to drive Workday’s growth and success. They are engaged across our current customer base through the life of their Workday journey.
The focus is split into 2 key areas
Value Realisation:
- Working with the customer to baseline their maturity and pre-Workday value measures
- Measuring a customer’s progress against the pre-Workday baseline which could be 6+ months later to determine the value Workday has provided to the customer
- Documenting the value the customer has achieved while using Workday
Additional Opportunity Identification:
- Collaborating with senior executives at customers to identify additional business challenges and document and align the impact of implementing additional Workday solutions within the company
- Value managers also develop point of views, cases for change, model ROI and present business cases
- Internally, we collaborate in cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday’s differentiation throughout the sales cycle
Working in close collaboration with sales, solution consultants, professional services teams and marketing, this strategic advisory role offers a great launch pad into one of the fastest growing enterprise technology and SaaS companies in the world. As a Regional Value Realisation Manager, you will lead a team across different geographies who conduct value realisation and support sales opportunities within our current customer base, ensuring we support the sales team on their most strategic opportunities while also being engaged on specific accounts which require more executive level support.

About You
- You always overachieve. We’re going to want to know how successful you’ve been against KPIs in your most role as past success is a powerful indicator of future success

- Solid track record from a premier management consulting firm or a similar role with a focus on change/transformation
- Demonstrated people leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills, communication and persuasion skills
- Intellectual curiosity & willingness to constantly learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively to drive results
- Strategic positioning, developing value propositions, and creating impactful c-level presentations
