**The role of Value Management Operations Manager**:
**What will you do**:

- Administer ongoing business performance against growth targets to support daily operations
- Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights & recommendations
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and optimize infrastructure/processes for scale
- Support the onboarding, education, reporting, creation of business case tools and ongoing development of Value Managers to ensure effectiveness in a dynamic market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local finance, recruiting, field enablement/programs, etc. to increase the footprint of the team in APJ
- Understand and improve customer engagement methodologies and processes through continuous collaboration with Value Managers and leaders in Sales, Strategy and Operations, Solution Consulting, Competitive Intelligence, and more
- Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including collaborating with members of the Global Value Management Operations team to establish best practices throughout the global organization

**About You**

**What are we looking for**:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in sales operations, sales, corporate strategy, project management, or other relevant roles demonstrating experience in working on transformation projects
- A proven track record of project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC and Tableau skills
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- An analytical mindset matched with a strategic view and problem-solving skills
- Deeply curious about business, highly motivated with a strong drive for continuous improvement, focused on establishing best practices and leveraging data and technology to solve business problems
- Demonstrated creativity for new initiatives and a “get it done” mentality to drive results in a highly varied environment
- A relevant graduate degree considered an asset
