Account Manager, Mid-market

**Account Manager, Mid-Market (Hong Kong & Taiwan) SMB Group [Based in Singapore] Responsibilities**:
- Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
- Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
- Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet diverse advertiser requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with strong operational rigour
- Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
- Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
- Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience cultivating sales skills and client relationships.
- Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to confidently deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing across a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both communicating and business writing as this role supports Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
- Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Taiwan Market knowledge
- Experience across Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
- Proven leadership skill in leading and influencing change internally/externally with a "can-do" spirit
- Proficiency in business case modeling and assessing market/opportunity size
- Understanding of fundamental business accounting, finance, and statistics
