In this role, you will be a part of Prudential’s HNW & Affluent Segments team and will be responsible for the management and execution of HNW & Affluent projects to drive customer growth and business goals.
- Plan and implement campaigns/initiatives to grow the HNW & Affluent customer segments and deepen share of wallet with Prudential.
- Engage existing HNW & Affluent customers with value propositions such as loyalty privileges, servicing, content engagement and experiences.
- Ensure timely delivery of engagement communications with customers.
- Drive business goals through digital marketing cross-sell campaigns targeting existing segment customers and upgrading customers.
- Work closely with various business units and functions to ensure smooth implementation of HNW & Affluent campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Events team to conceptualize and plan go-to-market brand campaign and experiential events to engage and acquire targeted customers.
- Analyse and monitor campaigns performance and continuously refine projects for improvement and align to the needs of the customers
- Manage campaign budgets and perform financial forecasting to ensure KPIs are on track.

Competencies & Personal Traits
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - able to negotiate and manage conflicts with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to multitask and manage the planning and execution of multiple campaigns concurrently
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Adept in using digital tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Demonstrates proactiveness, self-starter and team-oriented
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills - able to think on feet and react quickly in adverse situations
Education & Work Experience
- Recognized degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial institutions.
