Associate, HR Engagement

Develop, execute and support a variety of HR initiatives in domain such as engagement programs, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
- Partner with team leads and local HR of selected markets in the region to ensure smooth collaboration and communication with HQ.
- Track and review progress of HR initiatives, highlight issues to relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver first class employee engagement events; measure and review the effectiveness and impact of employee engagement initiatives for future improvement.
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle and processes including but not limited to onboarding, transfer, relocation and offboarding.
- Respond to staff queries in relation to HR policies and processes.
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor degree from a recognised university, preferably in discipline related to Psychology/Human Resource Management/Organisational Behaviour
- Passionate about serving others, and will go the extra mile to make sure people feel heard and happy in their place of work
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Communicate well across teams
- Desirable if have experience in Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Performance Management, as well as People Services
- An excellent command of both spoken and written English, proficiency in Chinese language is a plus
