Job Description & Requirements
**Required Knowledge & Skills**:

- At least 5 years of experience in advertising/marketing industry
- Knowledge of Print, Digital and Broadcast production is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to provide strategic inputs on client’s portfolio of projects
- Strong in process management, revenue reports, forecast and billing
- Detailed oriented, highly organized, have a systematic approach to tasks, and capable of working in a fast-paced working environment with excellent project and client management skills
- Able to provide project leadership to teams, managing/executing client projects
- Able to manage and resolve issues
- Be creative in your approach to business and problem solving
- Have good judgment on creative ideas
- Strong client & project management skills
- Goal-oriented, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communicator - written and verbal - at all levels
- Meticulous and detail oriented
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Drive relationship with day to day clients and confidently field and manage requests with the broader team
- Own and run campaigns and projects independently while orchestrating with the broader team
- A problem-solver and a sense checker to thoroughly scan through work and raise valid questions to ensure the team deliver the best they can
- Build narratives and strategic set up for campaign and creative presentations
- Manage expectations with clients and ensure every deliverable is documented and disseminated to the broader team
- Exercise excellent attention to detail and follow-up. A commitment to excellence in everything you do
- Develop positive, effective relationships across all the agency departments, encouraging a work environment that is flat, fast and fun
- Be involved with AM’s/ AE’s day-to-day training and oversee their work as necessary. Focus on developing their abilities, especially in the use and understanding of strategic tools and the creative development process
- Work closely and in a hands-on manner with other members of your team to ensure efficient campaign management
- Have a solid grip on the account’s job charges and cost controls
- Bring new ideas and see beyond the everyday and able to establish sound fiscal responsibility
- Support Account Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
- Supporting Account Director on Account profitability
- Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
- Attend Pitches (if required)
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and fairness in all your dealings
