Chainalysis, a global leader in blockchain data and analytics solutions, is seeking a talented and driven Director of Mid Market to lead our sales efforts in the APAC region. As the Director of Mid Market, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of blockchain technology by assisting businesses and government agencies in accessing the full potential of this transformative ecosystem. **Responsibilities**:

- Own the entire sales process with new customers, from research and prospecting to tailoring the sales approach to meet their technical and business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, leverage internal expertise, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
- Stay up to date on regulatory initiatives and changes related to digital assets, and effectively communicate their impact to prospects.
- Utilize the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc., to manage and track sales activities.
- Exceed quarterly sales and booking targets, consistently delivering exceptional results.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a high-performing Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with 1-3 years of experience.
- Track record of success in selling tax, RegTech, cybersecurity, web3, or financial software with 30-90 day sales cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an approachable and concise manner.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about blockchain technology.
- Ability to handle objections and win in competitive situations.
- Exceptional grammar and written communication skills.
- Deep empathy, teamwork mindset, and the ability to lead with humility.
- Willingness to travel as required.
