**Responsibilities**:
Project Management:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP and CRM implementation and migration projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants to align project goals and deliverables.

System Implementation and Migration:

- Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for ERP and CRM functionalities.
- Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition.
- Develop and enforce data governance and quality assurance practices.
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among project members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, operations, and customer service, to gather requirements and ensure successful system adoption.

Technical Expertise:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, functionality, and integration.
- Stay current with the latest updates, features, and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Change Management and Training:

- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
- Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users post-implementation to maximize system utilization.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend future upgrades and enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
