**Responsibilities**
- Lead, direct and oversee local HR team to ensure that HR strategy is implemented effectively to support business needs
- Manage organizational development, talent acquisition, HR business partnering and payroll teams
- Prepare department budget forecast, monitor and control manpower and operating costs
- Business partnering with HODs to develop and implement HR activities that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with HR strategy
- Ensure and support corporate governance and compliance of company’s policies and practices, in line with applicable laws and labour legislation
- Ability to deal and handle escalated HR matters of high sensitivity
- Prepare and submit HR reports to Senior stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- A degree from a recognised university, preferably in human resource or business related field.
- At least 15 to 20 years of HR experience with prior leadership experience
- Engaging leader with ability to act as a strategic advisor and be hands on in HR operations role
- Proven HR leader with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
