Working Location: Central Area

Woking Hours: 11am - 8pm (5 days a week including weekends)

**Responsibilities**:
Boutique
- To warmly welcome all clients with passion and exceptional customer service and inspire all clients to become enthusiastic ambassadors of the brand.
- Ensure that The Boutique is presented as a world-class 5-star luxury destination, maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and organization in both the front-of-house and back-of-house areas with meticulous attention to detail
- Keep up to date on daily business needs by attending all briefs and referring to the daily communication, notice boards and rosters.

Private Dining Offering
- Manage/respond to private dining queries and reservation requests.
- Support and facilitate private lunches/dinners, extending exceptional hospitality to delight our clients.

Client Centricity
- Maintain impeccable standards of grooming and appearance in line with the grooming and appearance guidelines of the brand.
- Be curious. Explore and discover clients’ interests through active engagement.
- Fully attentive to guests and their needs and expectations during their visit to the Boutique.

**Job Requirements**
- A strong, charismatic, positive, and upbeat people person with self-awareness.
- Outstanding customer service knowledge and delivery. Great service mindset. Ready to go the extra mile.
- Robust storytelling skills.
- Able to learn and retain information about the brand heritage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
